I was only at Northfield for one term -- Fall of 1962, the first half of my junior year. My best memory of Northfield was Christmas Vespers - when we sang the lines "Oh, where can we find Him, where shall we seek? He is here right now, Jesus our Savior!" and a bolt of lightening illuminated the chapel as a crash of thunder punctuated the end of the sentence.

Though I've never been religious, this was one of those cosmic coincidences which has stuck with me for nearly 50 years. I've always regretted that it wasn't captured on the recording of Vespers.

Spent the 60s sampling different college campuses, graduated in 1971 with a degree in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. Joined Control Data Corporation and spent 22 years there as the New England District Manager of Corporate Facilities Administration. When the corporation imploded in the early 90s I was downsized and ultimately found a job with Boston Scientific Endoscopy for a decade.

Now I am blissfully retired and spend much of my time traveling with various friends and family members.

Life has been a long, exciting journey and the best part is still ahead!

Mostly in Massachusetts -- from 1965-1977 I moved around a lot - Cambridge, Byfield, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Somerville, Arlington, North Cambridge. In 1978 I bought a house in Hopkinton and I still reside there.
